At Blackwave, we develop next-generation ultra-lightweight, fiber-reinforced high-performance composite structures with a special focus onComposite Overwrapped Pressure Vessels (COPVs). Our technologies are engineered for one purpose: to push the boundaries of what's possible in aerospace.

We are looking for motivated working students to join our non-tech teams and provide the operational backbone for our journey into orbit.

Open Positions

1. Working Student - Events (People & Culture & Sales)

• Support planning, organization, and execution of industry events, job fairs, and internal events.
• Coordinate logistics and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support Blackwave's presence at sales and recruiting events.

2. Working Student (m/f/d) - Technical Project Management Aerospace (Project Management)

• Support technical project managers in day-to-day project coordination tasks, including scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and updating project plans.
• Assist with basic technical and organizational tasks such as preparing project documentation, presentations, and simple data or cost analyses.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to help ensure smooth communication and compliance with internal standards.

YOUR PROFILE

• Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master)
• First experience through studies, internships, or student jobs relevant to the role
• Interest in technology, innovation, and aerospace
• Structured, proactive, and reliable working style
• Strong collaboration skills and English and German proficiency (at least B2) for all roles
  German proficiency is nice to have for Research & Technology
• Confident handling of MS Office or relevant toolsMotivation, team spirit, and desire to help shape a growing tech company
