Senior Project Manager
A Senior Project Manager is a strategic leader who ensures that major initiatives are delivered successfully and contribute to organisational growth. They combine technical project management expertise with strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

Lead on complex, high-impact projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet strategic business goals, stay within budget, and are completed on time. This role typically oversees multiple large-scale projects, mentors project teams, and acts as the primary liaison between executives, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex or large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing strategic direction and governance
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations, etc.)
• Ensure projects meet scope, quality, and compliance standards
• Mentor and guide project managers and junior team members
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
