Site-Based Project Manager - High-End Residential Refurbishment - Paddington

We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to deliver a high-end residential refurbishment project in Paddington.

This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme, and ensuring exceptional quality standards throughout. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering luxury residential refurbishments in London, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to coordinate trades in high-spec environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Full site management from strip-out to completion
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Programme management and reporting
• Quality control to high-end finish standards
• Health & Safety compliance
• Client and consultant liaison

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing prime or super-prime residential refurbishments
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to drive programme and maintain quality under pressure
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
