Summary:
The Construction Manager - Fit Out is responsible for overseeing and managing the fit-out construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibility:
1. Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of fit-out construction projects.
2. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
4. Manage project budget, including cost estimation, budget forecasting, and cost control.
5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
6. Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
7. Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
9. Manage and lead a team of construction professionals and site personnel.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships throughout the project.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Construction Manager, specifically in fit-out projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
3. Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
5. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
9. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
10. Certification in Project Management or similar field is a plus.
