Take active responsibility for the training resources of Air Force, Army, and Navy pilots, become part of a motivated, international team, and work with us to develop innovative training simulators such as Level D full-flight simulators, rear crew training systems, and training solutions for ground crews.

As a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d), you will take on the technical leadership of the development team in an internationally expanding group. Thanks to your experience in managing technical projects and your passion for innovation and technology, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for creating concepts for systems and subsystems, through to system integration and error detection
• Conducting technical presentations of offers and negotiating technical content with customers on site
• Implementing technical risk management/claim management
• Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
• Monitoring progress and cash flow
• Planning and implementation of internal and external approvals
• Participation in the management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Reporting and presentation of development results in project status meetings

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

• Completed technical degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or comparable
• Experience in (technical) project management
• Professional experience in the field of simulation, ideally in (military) flight simulation
• High level of IT and software affinity
• Business fluent English, both written and spoken
• High level of intercultural competence
• Willingness to travel worldwide
