As Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to provide leadership for cross-functional, clinical research projects and team members. You'll be able to manage multiple clinical studies and will be responsible for providing high-quality project results as well as motivating, training and mentoring team members. This is a permanent role and we require strong experience in managing CNS studies.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading regional projects, including the management of cross-functional project teams and vendors
  • May work alongside the global Project Lead on larger, complex or global studies
  • Establishing and maintaining project timelines
  • Organizing, leading project team meetings and managing follow up; meetings may be led in collaboration with the Project Lead on more complex trials
  • Developing and maintaining project management plans and reviewing functional area plans and other project documents to ensure consistency across documents and with the scope of work
  • Establishing and managing project budgets (including vendor and site budgets), forecasting budgets and activities appropriately, tracking out-of-scope activities, and ensuring budget adherence by internal and external team members
  • Overseeing vendor contracts and site budgets/contract amendments, including negotiation and execution. Serving as the escalation point for resolving initial site budget negotiations between the site, client, and study start-up team. Managing the Investigator Grant Payment (IGP) process, ensuring sufficient contracted funds are in place to support projected enrollment and site-related costs throughout the study
  • Negotiating client requests that result in changes in scope or opportunities to expand business or scope
  • Managing assigned cross-functional project resources, ensuring that project tasks are correctly assigned to staff and vendors
  • Serving as the primary project and client liaison, providing timely, clear, and appropriate levels of communication and customer service
  • Reviewing project operational metrics, identifies risks and issues across the project, and working with project team to address concerns
  • Providing status updates to leadership, including the development of slides and presentations at project oversight meetings; also provides status updates to clients
  • May support the Contracts and Proposals and Business Development teams with RFIs and RFPs, including participating in bid defenses

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in life science or public health along with 3 years of experience working in clinical project management.
  • Experience within Central Nervous System.
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho's.
