We are seeking ambitious and delivery-driven Project Managers to support critical aerospace programmes in highly regulated, technically advanced environments.

As a Project Manager within aerospace, you will embed into client teams to ensure structured, controlled, and high-performing project delivery. Operating in complex engineering environments, you will bring clarity, governance, and performance focus to large-scale programmes.

You will play a central role in ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and control project delivery across defined objectives
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and reporting frameworks
• Drive risk, issue, and dependency management
• Ensure robust governance and lifecycle controls
• Engage and influence technical and senior stakeholders
• Support PMO implementation and performance optimisation
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven project management experience within aerospace or similarly complex engineering sectors
• Strong understanding of structured project governance
• Experience supporting technical or engineering-led programmes
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills
• Analytical, structured, and delivery-focused mindset
