We're seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) will be part of the MEHA Piping Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) delivering the full piping scope for the project. The MDT will include Project Management, Project Controls, Procurement, Engineering and Quality disciplines.
The MEHA Piping Team will be procuring, fabricating, delivering and installing over 400km of pipework. The team has started the process of procuring bulk materials (pipe lengths, flanges, bends, tees etc.) and planning the fabrication of the spools specified in the station design.

What you'll be doing
- Initially, support the MDT with material and component procurement from kick off, through contract placement to delivery at the fabricators.
- Support development of project delivery plans (including schedule, financial, resource and risk considerations) for the lifecycle of the project from procurement of material to installation on site.
- Prepare for and support governance reviews through the project lifecycle.
- Support the monitoring and control of work packages being delivered to maintain safety, quality, programme and cost.
- Support timely and accurate project reporting and the management of change.
- Undertake aspects of stakeholder management and communications activities.
- Can demonstrate or is working toward APM or similar accreditation.
- Experience of the manufacture and fabrication of industrial pipework is highly advantageous
- Willingness to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholder levels.
- Well-developed oral, written, presentation and group facilitation skills.
- Strong planning, organisational, and project management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and SharePoint.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
