This is a Nationwide role requiring regular travel to offices and sites.
What you'll do -
- Lead construction projects end-to-end-planning, delivery, and close-out.
- Oversee all site activity, ensuring work is safe, efficient, and high-quality.
- Build and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and resolving issues quickly.
- Control project budgets and provide clear financial updates to stakeholders.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts to keep delivery fully compliant.
- Carry out regular site inspections and maintain essential project documentation.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams to deliver their best work.
What you'll bring -
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager (utilities or infrastructure ideal).
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Solid knowledge of health & safety requirements and building codes.
- Professional certifications (CIOB, PRINCE2 etc.) are a plus.
