Job detailsAs Technical Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives across Group IT, operating companies, and external partners.
You will play a central role in software development, infrastructure modernisation, security programmes, and acquisition led transformation, ensuring progress stays on track, dependencies are actively managed, and delivery remains consistent.
This position suits someone seeking broad exposure, meaningful influence, and clear accountability, with the opportunity to enhance and shape project delivery across a complex, multi entity organisation.
You'll also work across our other office locations, collaborating with teams on interesting, real world technology initiatives and seeing your impact beyond HQ.

What you will do
- Supporting and coordinating internal software development projects.
- Managing multi tenant collaboration deployments for acquisitions and intercompany initiatives.
- Overseeing the Group's security posture improvement programme.
- Leading operational software rollouts across group companies.
- Coordinating end to end server upgrades and migrations, maintaining timelines and delivery momentum.
- Managing external MSP delivered projects across software, hardware, and improvement initiatives.
- Driving timelines for software development, digitisation, and internal tooling projects.
- Coordinating Project Horizon delivery, aligning dependencies and stakeholders.
- Leading Corporate IT deployment projects to ensure consistent, operationally ready outcomes.
Who you are
Essential
- Proven experience delivering technical or IT projects involving software, infrastructure, or systems change.
- Strong capability managing timelines, dependencies, and multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Experience coordinating external suppliers or MSPs alongside internal teams.
- Confidence working across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A pragmatic, delivery focused mindset with strong organisational skills.
Desirable
- Experience working in a group, multi site, or buy and build environment
- Exposure to software development, infrastructure upgrades, or security programmes.
- Experience delivering projects linked to acquisitions, integrations, or standardisation.
- Interest in technology transformation, operational maturity, or leadership progression.
