The Opportunity

We are currently providing PMC services for a major hyperscale data centre development and are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support on-site delivery on behalf of our client.

As Construction Manager, you will play a key role in leading site-based activities, ensuring construction works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project objectives within a complex, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities across multiple work packages
• Monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements
• Coordinate interfaces between design, procurement, and site teams
• Support reporting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to maintain project momentum

Qualifications

Key Requirements

• Significant experience delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical construction projects
• Strong background in main contractor, PMC, or client-side construction management roles
• In-depth understanding of site safety management and quality assurance processes
• Experience working on hyperscale developments is highly desirable
