As "Working Student Project Management Office (m/f/d)", you will join the Project Management Office Team of SunExpress, a joint venture of Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines

• Support the PMO in the day-to-day management of the project portfolio.
• Collect information from projects and stakeholders
• Manage the project portfolio financial forecast
• Conduct project and portfolio data analysis
• Create presentations and reports for project and management meeting
• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects
• Support communication of project management processes
• Support the annual project budget planning
• Support knowledge exchange between project managers in SunExpress
• Support the roll-out of project management processes and culture within SunExpress
• Support the preparation of project management trainings

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics. IT or similar fields, preferably with Project Management related topics
• Basic knowledge of Project Management
• Good English skills, German or Turkish skills is a benefit
• Excellent data analysis and MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent presentation preparation and MS PowerPoint skills
• Willingness to travel to Turkey for meetings
• Intercultural competences
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a team
• Good organizing skills
• Experience in airline domain is a benefit
• Duration of at least 6 months for internship or as a working student
