Job Description

Oversee and manage the project details and work processes, ensuring the project is executed successfully within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and budgetary compliance.
• Benchmarks & Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the projects and establish benchmarks to assess project performance, evaluating timeline, budget, and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Conduct pre-project risk analysis to determine feasibility and manage current project risks, including employee safety, site safety, and other related concerns.
• Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation, ensuring optimal distribution and availability of resources to employees.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including clients, government, and suppliers
• Project Reporting: Submit and review periodic reports on project progress.
• Approvals and Permits: Manage the effort to secure timely approvals and permits from relevant authorities in coordination with Project Planning departments.
• Contractor Performance: Oversee contractor's work, and review submissions for strategic and contractual alignment.
• Project Closure & Handover: Manage project handover to asset operators, ensuring compliance with formalities, processes, and paperwork completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
• Master's degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
