Project Manager Operational Efficiency

You will be part of a motivated and dynamic team of five Project Managers, responsible for executing and achieving the objectives of projects within the R&D P3MO Operational Efficiency program. Your role will be to manage all aspects of the projects under your responsibility: scope, timeline, cost, quality, and performance.

What will your mission be?

As an Operational Efficiency Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving process performance and developing/implementing tools for R&D teams.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Defining the project scope, planning, resources, and objectives.
• Organizing, coordinating, and facilitating multidisciplinary teams. Encouraging communication within the project team to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Identifying project risks, implementing action plans, and reporting when necessary.
• Proactively identifying, prioritizing, and tracking changes that may impact the project.
• Using project management tools to track schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project practices and methodologies.

Who are you?

With a Master's degree (or equivalent) and a scientific background, you have at least 5 years of experience managing complex, international, and diverse projects. Proficiency in English is essential. You can manage all project components: scope, budget, planning, risk, and quality.

• Natural leadership and the ability to bring people together around shared objectives in a non-hierarchical environment.
• Emotional intelligence, effective communication, decision-making skills and autonomy.
• Strong negotiation abilities, conflict management skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ease working in intercultural environments.
