From ANPR systems to site setups and compliance checks, you'll gain hands-on experience in project planning, team coordination, and client communications - while being mentored by some of the best in the industry. If you're organised, motivated, and excited about tech-led infrastructure, this is your fast track to success.

You'll help shape the future of parking technology by:
  • Supporting the rollout of new installations and maintenance schedules.
  • Bringing fresh ideas to improve how we plan, track, and communicate on projects.
  • Keeping updated with innovations in ANPR and installation best practices.

I - Intentional (Act with Purpose)

You'll take meaningful steps forward by:
  • Assisting in the preparation of project scopes, schedules, and installation timelines.
  • Proactively organising resources, meetings, and documentation.
  • Following structured processes to support successful delivery outcomes.

S - Synergy (Be Brilliant, Together)

You'll collaborate brilliantly by:
  • Working closely with the other Project Managers, field teams, engineers, and contractors.
  • Supporting team communication, task tracking and client updates.
  • Helping maintain positive client relationships through prompt support and accurate reporting.

T - Tenacity (Stay Switched On)

You'll step up and stay on it by:
  • Problem-solving small issues before they become big ones.
  • Visiting sites to support delivery and learn project delivery from the ground up.
  • Staying curious, asking questions, and following through on every detail.

A - Accountability (Own It)

You'll take ownership of your development and responsibilities by:
  • Keeping project files, reports and plans up to date and audit-ready.
  • Completing task lists on time and helping the team stay on track.
  • Ensuring H&S checks, PPE requirements and site safety expectations are met.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Supporting the end-to-end delivery of installation projects across multiple sites.
  • Assisting with project documentation including plans, schedules and reports.
  • Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and field technicians for updates and materials.
  • Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Projects and Surveying Manager and wider team.
  • Managing project budgets and spend.
  • Ensuring that all site delivery paperwork and safety documents are completed.
  • Shadowing site visits to gain real-time delivery experience.
  • Taking initiative in escalating delays, issues, or resourcing concerns appropriately.

What You'll Bring to the Park
  • A genuine interest in project management, engineering, or smart infrastructure.
  • Some prior experience in a project, coordination, or administrative role (desirable).
  • Technical curiosity - you enjoy understanding how systems work and are installed.
  • Excellent organisation and time management.
  • A confident communicator, willing to learn from and engage with others.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Teams, and ideally Excel or planning tools.
  • IOSH/Health & Safety awareness or willingness to complete H&S training.
  • Full UK driving licence (or in process) preferred.
