- Working closely with the other Project Managers, field teams, engineers, and contractors.
- Supporting team communication, task tracking and client updates.
- Helping maintain positive client relationships through prompt support and accurate reporting.

- Visiting sites to support delivery and learn project delivery from the ground up.

- Keeping project files, reports and plans up to date and audit-ready.
- Completing task lists on time and helping the team stay on track.
- Ensuring H&S checks, PPE requirements and site safety expectations are met.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of installation projects across multiple sites.
- Assisting with project documentation including plans, schedules and reports.
- Liaising with suppliers, engineers, and field technicians for updates and materials.
- Monitoring progress and reporting back to the Projects and Surveying Manager and wider team.
- Managing project budgets and spend.
- Ensuring that all site delivery paperwork and safety documents are completed.
- Shadowing site visits to gain real-time delivery experience.
- Taking initiative in escalating delays, issues, or resourcing concerns appropriately.
What You'll Bring to the Park
- A genuine interest in project management, engineering, or smart infrastructure.
- Some prior experience in a project, coordination, or administrative role (desirable).
- Technical curiosity - you enjoy understanding how systems work and are installed.
- Excellent organisation and time management.
- A confident communicator, willing to learn from and engage with others.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Teams, and ideally Excel or planning tools.
- IOSH/Health & Safety awareness or willingness to complete H&S training.
- Full UK driving licence (or in process) preferred.
