Summary:
BK Gulf LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager - MEP, who will be responsible for overseeing the MEP aspects of construction projects.

Job Responsibility:
- Manage and coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing activities on construction sites.
- Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor project budget and schedule related to MEP work and identify any deviations or delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders, including senior management.

Candidate Requirements:
- UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
