Job Description

A Project Manager in Facilities Management (FM) is responsible for the formal coordination, implementation, and completion of facility-related projects-such as renovations, new site setups, or infrastructure upgrades-within specific timeframes and budgets. Unlike a standard Facility Manager who handles day-to-day operations, the Project Manager focuses on distinct, time-bound objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets from initiation through to closure.
• Manage third-party contractors, architects, and consultants, ensuring they meet SLA and performance standards.
• Oversee project accounting, including cost estimation, bidding, purchase orders, and tracking budget variances.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure all work meets safety, building, and environmental codes.
• Monitor construction or installation phases to ensure results align with technical specifications and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or Architecture is typically required.
• 5-7+ years of related experience in construction or facility projects.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional)
