We are seeking an experienced Director of Projects Management to lead and grow our client's capital projects advisory and delivery function. This role is responsible for business development, portfolio governance, financial performance, and client engagement across major capital programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects operations, ensuring programmes are delivered with strong governance, predictable outcomes, and commercial discipline
• Drive business growth through client engagement, pipeline development, and pursuit leadership
• Own departmental financial performance including revenue targets, margins, forecasting, and cashflow
• Oversee project controls, risk management, reporting, and stage-gate governance across engagements
• Provide commercial and contractual leadership, including claims, variations, and subcontractor oversight
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring capability development, utilisation, and performance management
• Represent the organisation within industry forums, client leadership environments, and strategic partnerships

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or Quantity Surveying (Master's or MBA preferred)
• PMP certification required; additional professional certifications advantageous
• 15+ years' experience in capital projects or programme leadership within consultancy or client-side environments
• Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership, business development, and portfolio governance
• Strong commercial, contract, and stakeholder management capability
• Excellent English communication skills
• Middle East project experience required
