What You'll Do

As a Project Manager focused on global employee experience, you will be responsible for driving employee programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized and dedicated, ensuring organizational efficiency while encouraging a collaborative and inclusive environment. We are looking for a proactive problem solver and outstanding communicator with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Handle day-to-day operations of initiatives and programs, including developing and overseeing workflows and communications within and across teams

• Project Management: Oversee the progress of key projects/programs, driving progress, communicating status to stakeholders, and gathering updates from contributors

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the program lead by facilitating cross-functional meetings and ensuring actionable takeaways are followed up

• Communications and Content Development: Drive the development of communications plans, guidelines, and content for employee communications

• Continuous Improvement: Review various forms of employee feedback and insights to make program recommendations

• Organizational Efficiency: Assess and improve internal processes for efficiency and scalability

Who You'll Work With

You will join the Global Chief of Staff team in Collaboration and work with colleagues in Oslo and other Cisco sites around the world. You will collaborate closely with your leader and immediate team members, while building relationships across functions and levels.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Leadership and Organization, or other relevant fields

• High proficiency in English, both in writing and verbally

• Up to 2 years of experience in Project/Program Management or related roles

• Strong organizational and administrative skills

Able to legally live and work in Norway without visa support or sponsorship

Cover letter and grade transcript/course overview are optional but highly appreciated.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to produce quality work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment

• Experience with copy writing, scripting, video and/or other forms of content creation

• Interest in collaboration technology and AI, deeper technological understanding a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to work with people at all levels of the organization
