Position
Reporting to the Business Strategy & Development Director, the Business Strategy & Development Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
Actively managing relationships between the team and business teams, the Business Strategy & Development Project Manager is able to efficiently manage the hub team's thinking and problem-solving process, while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Position
Reporting to the Business Strategy & Development Director, the Business Strategy & Development Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
Actively managing relationships between the team and business teams, the Business Strategy & Development Project Manager is able to efficiently manage the hub team's thinking and problem-solving process, while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead strategic thinking across departments, ensuring transversal alignment across Hub.
- Support the Hub Strategic 3-year plan, working with key senior stakeholders for implementation & follow-up.
- Be responsible for the recurrent strategic insights given to global, regional and local leadership across the yearly agenda.
- Study business cases to grow the hub: structure issues, run analyses, and develop actionable recommendations for the business. Project Lead for selected long term local BD projects.
- Drive transformation projects with relevant business leaders.
- Look for relevant data and qualitative insights about the business to keep track of action plans and propose improvements.
- Support the Managing Director's requests/inputs

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting with a top tier firm or similar in-house position in the fashion, apparel retail or consumer goods industry;
- University degree from a leading business school/university. MBA or advanced degree is preferred;
- Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organization, team player;
- Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, having a high sense of ownership;
- Flexible, and able to perform in a highly dynamic work environment;
- Independent, hands-on, able to prioritize, results oriented and structured;
- Ability to deal with a new and wide variety of topics;
- High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality;
- Excellent MS PowerPoint and Excel skills;
- Proficiency in English;
