WGM Engineering Ltd, part of RSK Group has an exciting vacancy for a Project Manager to join our Projects team on a permanent contract based in our Glasgow office with Hybrid and site working arrangements. WGM is a trusted delivery partner in the Water Industry and currently serves as the sole MEICA Framework Contractor for Scottish Water in the Central West, as well as holding multiple frameworks across England.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of engineering projects within the water and wastewater sector, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery from initial concept through to handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting all HSEQ standards.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Attend and lead key meetings with design teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Manage Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality processes across office and site operations.
- Oversee daily site operations to maintain safe, accurate, and efficient delivery.
- Identify project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to programme planning, interface management, and third-party coordination.
- Support commissioning, handover, and acceptance processes.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in Project Management within a similar engineering or construction environment.
- A qualification in an engineering discipline (preferred).
- Experience in the water or wastewater industry (advantageous).
- A valid UK driving licence due to travel requirements.

- Up to £65,000 per annum/Full Time Equivalent.
