You are looking for an exciting challenge in an international environment and would like to gain valuable experience in IT project and process management. You are interested in getting to know core processes, tools and methods in this area and in supporting our colleagues in their strategic further development. Then our team is the perfect place for your 6-month internship starting in April 2026.

What you can expect:

• Actively contribute to the further development of standards, methods and tools in project and portfolio management, as well as IT change and release management.
• Support the design and implementation of analyses, presentations and workshops.
• Use your commitment to make a significant contribution to the success of IT projects and actively participate in practice-oriented problem-solving.
• Gain comprehensive insights into the project lifecycle of IT projects and products at HUGO BOSS.
• Take the opportunity to work in a dynamic team and further develop yourself in a communicative environment through your own initiative.

Your profile:

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable field of study, or you have already successfully completed your studies.
• Strong interest in project management, process management and IT change management, ideally with initial experience (e.g. seminars, modules or practical experience).
• High sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills and a goal-oriented way of working.
• Strong abilities in problem and root cause analysis, combined with a solution-oriented approach.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
