A Senior Project Manager in Ipsos has the opportunity to strategically shape and make their mark on some of our largest and most important accounts. You will be working closely with our clients, and in partnership with the research team, to deliver programmes that have a tangible impact on our clients' business.
This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the London office and 2 from home.

About the Team
The Brand Health Tracking Service Line helps clients manage their in-market brands in terms of monitoring health and making sure they are on the right course. Clients have their own sales data, we provide them with brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
A Senior Project Manager in Ipsos has the opportunity to strategically shape and make their mark on some of our largest and most important accounts. You will be working closely with our clients, and in partnership with the research team, to deliver programmes that have a tangible impact on our clients' business.
- In the Brand Health team, PMs focus on the large &/or complex programmes - usually £500k+
- With support, you will lead the end-to-end costing, planning and management of your projects. and you will manage the delivery process, working in partnership with the researchers. You will work closely with multidisciplinary / Operational teams and contribute to the development of improved processes. NB This is not an Operations role.
This role offers hybrid working of 3 days in the London office and 2 from home.
Your Day to Day

- Project Leadership: You will be responsible for leading and delivering large-scale, complex projects, working closely with researchers from the planning stage through to project closure. This includes managing client expectations and ensuring projects run efficiently.
- Client Relationship Management: You will be a trusted point of contact for clients, able to manage their expectations and ensure projects stay in scope.
- Stakeholder Management: You will be the main point of contact with Operations, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: You will be joining a team who are passionate about improving processes and constantly challenging the status quo to find smarter ways of working.
- Financial Management: You will lead costings, provide input on pricing decisions, and be responsible for regular financial performance updates.
Essential Criteria:
- You have proven quantitative and project management experience at a Senior Project Manager level.
- You are an expert in your chosen area and continually seek opportunities to expand your knowledge
- You have a strong desire to develop a career in project management.
- You have excellent communication skills and can demonstrate strong client management experience.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You are proficient in using all Microsoft Office application and working on Project Management software
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in market research, managing multi-market tracking studies.
- Experience in Online and Offline methodologies
- Experience partnering with teams in remote locations
- You have a strong understanding of how AI and machine learning are being used in market research to enhance data analysis, automate tasks, and generate insights.
