e-Portal is actively recruiting for the role of Oracle Project Management Director . In this role, you will be r esponsible for supervising project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of external projects. This role will also be responsible for overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure that support our external projects, including managing budgets and resources, developing, and implementing IT policies and procedures, and ensuring that our technology solutions are aligned with our clients' needs and goals.

Managerial Responsibilities

• Lead and support project managers, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
• Manage IT operations and project budgets, including resource planning and allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Plan and oversee project execution (deadlines, priorities, task assignments) while ensuring quality standards.
• Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with client needs, timelines, budgets, and company standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver external projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and process improvements aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze financial data (budgets, risks, resource allocation) and provide executive financial reporting.
• Track project progress through dashboards and maintain accurate project documentation (scope, budget, justification).
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend technology investments and improvements.

People Management Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support team development and performance management.
• Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding to build a capable and productive team.
• Promote employee well-being while improving operational efficiency and team productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
