We're looking for a Market Research Project Manager to join our Internal Client Services team within Global Operations. You'll play a hands-on role delivering high-quality, tech-enabled research projects, working across teams, managing multiple priorities, and helping clients make better decisions.

This role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork.

About the Role:

This position sits within the UK Operations team, specifically the Client Service Team. Based in our London office, this role has an expectation to be on site, 1-2 days per week.

As a Project Manager, you'll be hands-on delivering complex, high-quality online quantitative research projects. From end-to-end scoping, set-up, fieldwork, and through to deliver, while working as a trusted day-to-day partner for key client accounts.

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering high-complexity research projects from setup to completion.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, risks and fieldwork across multiple projects.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Supporting questionnaire design, feasibility and project planning.
  • Mentoring colleagues and sharing best practice across the team.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

  • Strong experience managing quantitative research projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of online quantitative methodologies within an agency setting and platforms.
  • Confidence juggling multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • A consultative, client-focused mindset.
  • Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-first, fast-evolving environment.
  • Great communication skills with both junior and senior stakeholder.
