Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint a creative project manager to our performance and social team.

The role of the project manager in this team sits within the wider project management team and aligns with ways of working across the agency to ensure smooth inter-team delivery.

A high level of adaptability and resilience and an unflappable approach are needed, as is the organisational ability to manage multiple concurrent projects smoothly, leading to well-supported clients, happy internal teams and up-to-date documentation and workflows.

Working in a specialist team means project managers need to deliver projects and tasks in an agile manner, supporting the team to achieve the goal of being industry-leading creative curators . Our teams use programmes including Screendragon, Asana, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to manage our workflow.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Leading the full lifecycle of performance and social campaigns
• Managing project plans, timelines, and Asana boards, and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Managing billing, acting as the central point of coordination and resolving any issues
• Serving as a point of contact for clients while managing freelancers and outsourced suppliers
• Maintaining client-facing job trackers and managing approvals
• Managing the team resource, tracking risks and ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards

Essential skills and experience:

• Project management experience, ideally in a social/digital agency environment
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns at pace
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with social, creative and performance teams
