About The Job
Omaze is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to lead the execution of core partnership initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery across teams and stakeholders. You'll manage projects end-to-end-from structured planning and key event coordination to using tools like Monday.com to track partner engagement and deliverables. This role requires outstanding organisational and communication skills to manage timelines, resources, and ensure all partnership commitments are met. You'll collaborate with Partnership Managers, internal teams, and external partners to drive efficiency, uphold high standards, and maximise partnership impact.

About The Job

You'll manage projects end-to-end-from structured planning and key event coordination to using tools like Monday.com to track partner engagement and deliverables. You'll collaborate with Partnership Managers, internal teams, and external partners to drive efficiency, uphold high standards, and maximise partnership impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnership Execution & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end management of partnership projects with clear plans, timelines and workflows.
- Collaborate with Partnership Managers to prepare for partner meetings and deliverables.
- Ensure planning for upcoming partnerships is underway at least three months in advance.
- Proactively coordinate meetings and onboarding with partners.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with charity partners, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Coordinate internal teams (marketing, social, operations) around deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date status of all partnerships in meetings.
Production Planning
- Work closely with the Partnership Director and charity/talent reps to coordinate ambassador shoot logistics.
- Be the main liaison with the production team.
- Manage logistics for Impact and storyteller shoots, troubleshooting on the day to ensure success.
Project & Data Management
- Use Monday.com to monitor progress, engagement, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for transparency.
- Manage internal and partner feedback collection efficiently.
- Evolve the CRM in line with partnership goals.
About You
- Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams.
- Detail-oriented and accurate when managing information and logistics.
- A proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative.
- Highly collaborative and confident working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in Google Workspace and project tools like Monday.com; Notion is a bonus.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and events simultaneously.
