About the Role

As part of the Group Finance Transformation team, you will drive key initiatives such as the SAP S/4HANA FI/CO roll-out, finance process standardisation, and the optimisation of our overall Finance technology landscape.
We are looking for a finance professional with a strong affinity for systems and process improvement who will contribute to two of the four focus areas below, depending on your experience and preferences:

Focus Areas

1. Global SAP S/4HANA Finance, Intercompany & Chart of Accounts Process Owner
Own and govern end-to-end local finance, intercompany, and chart-of-accounts processes. Ensure they are standardised, compliant, and optimally designed for automation and reporting within SAP S/4HANA.

2. Finance Enterprise Solution / Finance Systems Architecture
Support the design and optimisation of the target finance systems landscape. Ensure SAP S/4HANA and connected applications are integrated, modern, compliant, and scalable to support efficient finance operations.

3. Cutover Lead Finance (S/4HANA)
Lead finance-related cutover activities to ensure a smooth go-live, including coordination, sequencing, and validation of all finance streams.

4. Global SAP S/4HANA Controlling & Analytics Process Owner
Design, govern, and continuously improve controlling, reporting, and analytics processes across countries to enable consistent, automated, and insight-driven performance management.
You will also contribute to ad-hoc strategic initiatives, for example Applied AI in Finance.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in core Finance or Finance project management (Accounting, FP&A, or Controlling)
• Strong systems affinity and curiosity around AI (please specify which use cases you see)
• Solid understanding of operational finance processes and common bottlenecks
• Structured way of working (agile experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive, innovative, and self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
• German language skills are a plus
