Civil Project Manager - OYLZ Project

Role Summary
Lead and deliver all civil construction activities for the OYLZ project, ensuring timely completion within budget, quality, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end civil works, planning, execution, and site supervision.
• Control project schedule, cost, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and HSE standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, variations, and claims.
• Lead site teams and ensure quality and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably in oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Experience with MS Project / Primavera.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
