The Université de Technologie de Compiègne is seeking a project manager to oversee the operational management and coordination for the SUNRISE project at UTC, as part of the European University Alliance SUNRISE.

Mains activities

• Manage the progress and advancement of the SUNRISE project at UTC operationally and administratively.
• Coordinate for the UTC, the workpackage 1 (WP1) which focuses on the management of the SUNRISE alliance and be the alliance-level leader of task T1.2 entitled: « Establish steady governance and policies for long-term cooperation ».
• Participate and contribute strongly to WP2 entitled « Build up the SUNRISE Campus creating an inclusive, collaborative, and synergetic work environment to unlock the potential of the alliance. »
• Support the creation, deployment, and promotion of staff weeks.
• Administer academic and non-academic staff mobilities within SUNRISE.
• Contribute to non-scientific deliverables and activity reports.
• Participate in specific work packages within the SUNRISE project.

The project manager will work in an international environment closely collaborating with various stakeholders. They will report to the director of international relations.

Expérience avérée en gestion et dépôt de projets, particulièrement dans des projets européens (particulièrement ERASMUS+).

Connaissances/compétences techniques

• Management de projet en transverse dans un environnement multiculturel et pluridisciplinaire.
• Maitrise de la méthodologie d'ingénierie et de conduite de projets ainsi que des outils d'évaluation de projets européens (savoir planifier et suivre les activités et échéances, établir et suivre un budget, animer un réseau d'acteurs) auprès de financeurs européens Erasmus+ et Horizon Europe.
• Connaissance du monde de l'écosystème européen de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche, notamment Erasmus+.
• Très à l'aise en anglais, vous savez conduire des réunions et rédiger des supports (niveau B2/C1), une autre langue étrangère sera appréciée.
• Connaissances des procédures administratives et financières.

Diplôme, formation et habilitation

• Diplôme de niveau Master (Bac +5) minimum dans un domaine pertinent, tel que les sciences de l'éducation, les relations internationales, la gestion de projets ou une discipline connexe.
• Langue anglaise : bon niveau oral et écrit (B2/C1)
