About the role
Reporting to our Data & AI Project Director, you'll take ownership of planning, managing, and delivering a wide range of customer facing analytics and data platform projects. You'll be responsible for governance, operational performance, and ensuring we consistently meet (and exceed!) our service levels and KPIs. You'll work closely with Practice Leaders, Engineers, Sales, and Account Management-bringing a true One Team mindset to every engagement.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

You will:

• Leading and motivating project teams to deliver successful projects.

• Owning end to end delivery across multiple projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met. • Establishing and maintaining strong governance and clear accountability.

• Managing resource planning, scheduling, and change control.

• Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Producing accurate and timely project reporting.

• Championing high delivery standards across the team.

• Identifying opportunities to drive revenue within customer engagements.

• Acting as an ambassador for Node4's ESaaS ethos and Delivery Excellence principles.

What will you bring?

• Strong experience managing complex, data and analytics projects.

• Experience with managing cross-functional teams.

• Experience with methodologies such as MSP, Prince2, PMP or Agile (ideally Practitioner level).

• Excellent communication skills-able to adapt your message for different audiences.

• Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.

• A proactive, energetic mindset with a passion for delivering great customer service.

• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience delivering data and analytics projects (Power BI, Jet Reports, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Bricks, etc.).

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools including Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Bring energy, pace, and positivity to your work.

• Can define and deliver strategy while influencing a wide range of stakeholders.

• Take accountability for outcomes and act with integrity.

• Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Are confident voicing ideas while also working collaboratively.

• Have strong people management instincts and a desire to mentor others.
