Project Manager - Facilities & M&E

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a Facilities / Mechanical & Electrical background to deliver high-quality office fit-out and building services projects for our clients.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the delivery of office fit-out and M&E projects from concept to completion
Managing cost, programme, quality, risk and health & safety
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Owning project financials, cash flow and profitability
Acting as a client-facing lead, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget

What we're looking for:
Proven Project Management experience within Facilities, M&E or Building Services
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, security and plumbing systems
Experience delivering office fit-out projects
Confident client-facing communicator and collaborative team player
Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
