  • Drive cross-functional collaboration, aligning R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Sales teams
  • Manage relationships with CDMOs, design consultancies, contract manufacturers and test labs, setting clear scopes, milestones and deliverables

  • Establish strong governance, including structured reporting, communication rhythms and transparent decision-making
  • Champion best practice in design controls, documentation, and project execution, contributing to continuous improvement of iGii project delivery frameworks
  • Support scale-up, manufacturing transfer and post-launch activities, coordinating technical, quality and commercial stakeholders
  • Anticipate risks, resolve ambiguity and make data-driven decisions, enabling confident progress at pace across multiple programmes.

  • Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, systems engineering, design controls and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to technical teams, executives and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate technical complexity, anticipate risks and drive clarity in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional planning, organisation, and scheduling skills, with consistently high standards for quality, documentation, and process
  • Experience in manufacturing scale-up and transfer to contract manufacturers is desirable
