Key Responsibilities

Key duties & responsibilities
  • Support the definition of project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project interdependencies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for governance meetings.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development and standardisation of project management best practices within the ITO.
  • Ensure compliance with governance structures and organisational policies.
  • Willingness to travel as required and the ability to work effectively alongside both project teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in project management, preferably within a business integration or transformation context.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Teams, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with governance processes and reporting requirements.
  • Agile Project Management certification or similar a plus.
