Main responsibilities and tasks

• Primary responsibility for Project Management and control of the NRC scope.
• Follow up contractor and their scope of work to maintain progress and deliver within agreed frames.
• Lead and develop the team, and ensure team accountability for monitoring the Contractors scope in alignment with:
  
  • Contract obligations.
  • HSE standards
  • Quality requirements
  • Cost and schedule measures
  • Risks
• Responsible for managing and following up contractors on building sites.
• Close corporation with other Project Director, Project Managers and Engineering Manager to assure that interfaces are identified and clarified.
• Align interaction with Project Control
• Close corporation with Completion/Commissioning Manager
• Monthly reporting internally and support information for Tenant Weekly and Monthly Report.

Qualifications and skills

• Have the required knowledge of safety, health and the working environment, including working environment legislation. Including working environment legislation and having the necessary expertise to follow up on relevant risk conditions in the plan phase of the project.
• Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience as an Project Manager Electrical on large and complex construction Civil projects.
• Experience with progress and cost control.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in oral and written English.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and organizational levels.
• Structured and results-oriented with strong planning skills.
• Solution-focused and decisive.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to build trust with contractors and the project team.
• Initiative-taking and proactive, with a focus on quality and safety.

Basic computer knowledge in programs such as word, excel and outlook. Experience in Omega 365 is an advantage
