Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who excels at driving projects from concept to completion with clarity, structure, and strong stakeholder engagement. You will oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. In this role, you will manage:

Project Management & Methodology
• Lead the project lifecycle using OSF's Predictive Agile delivery methodology or adapt fluidly to any alternative delivery methodology enforced by the customer.
• Facilitate and lead key Agile ceremonies like Scrum, including (but not limited to) daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies across the team and with external stakeholders.

Reporting, Planning, and Tooling
• Maintain and update the projection sheet on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting of project timelines and costs.
• Keep the resource planner accurately up to date, reflecting current and future staffing needs.
• Utilize Jira as the primary tool for sprint planning, tracking progress, and managing the project backlog.
• Develop, maintain, and publish project dashboards that provide real-time visibility into burndown charts, story statuses, velocity, and timecard compliance.
• Ensure accurate data collection to support monthly client invoice releases.

Communication and Governance
• Attend and contribute actively to weekly internal PM meetings.
• Organize and coordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings with client and internal executive stakeholders.
• Organize and lead weekly internal meetings with the Account Manager and VP of Delivery to review project health and strategic direction.
• Generate and distribute comprehensive status reports to all relevant internal and external stakeholders on a predetermined cadence.

Requirements
  • Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies, across a broad range of solutions.
  • Relevant previous experience in managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal and operational skill sets.
  • Extensive experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance, deliverables, and outcomes.
  • Project Delivery: Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership managing people and managing teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and able to adjust to project changes and alterations promptly and efficiently.
  • Decision-Making: Ability to make decisions that move the project forward and achieve buy-in from stakeholders.
