Role Overview
This role exists within the Global Finance Change team. This role requires strong governance oversight of the entire Finance technology & change portfolio, ensuring effective prioritization of projects, and accurate sizing of scope and resource requirements. The individual will refine benefit statements to align with business goals and maintain transparency on expected outcomes. This role also supports, assist and coordinate the integration and standardisation of finance processes.
Other responsibilities include relationship management both internally and externally with all relevant stakeholders including IT, Compliance and Risk departments, committees and regulators.
The Senior Project Manager will be required to manage Finance projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard and controls (within the agreed specifications). They will also manage relationships with stakeholders (including all project contributors) across the various business units. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. Due to the nature of the role, good business analysis skills and prior experience working in a change management function are essential.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee direct reports, ensuring alignment with global initiatives. This will also include collaboration and leading on initiatives across the change team and at times leading indirect reports.
- Manage and develop team members, providing strategic guidance and professional development.
- Governance Leadership: Establish and manage governance frameworks to ensure compliance, accountability, and timely decision-making.
- Project Prioritisation & Sizing: Evaluate and rank initiatives based on strategic impact, resource availability, and risk; define project scope and effort estimates.
- Benefits Realisation: Collaborate with stakeholders to articulate, validate, and refine benefit statements, ensuring measurable value delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Drive alignment across senior leadership and functional teams, managing expectations and communication. Work closely with the finance teams, wider business support and internal/external development teams to define and deliver pragmatic solutions which meet business needs.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery timelines and outcomes.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor progress against milestones, budgets, and KPIs, providing clear reporting to governance bodies.
- Working alongside IT to ensure effective project delivery and accounting systems are well supported and used in the most efficient way.
- Manage project delivery according to TPICAP project methodology, policies and standards
- Develop, monitor and execute a comprehensive communications plan during the entire life-cycle of the project.
- Assisting in closing the project including the assignment of follow on actions and transferring the deliverable to BAU activity and presenting post implementation monitoring, reporting and analysis.
- Manage all own project documentation and support others in finance with their documentation.
- Coordinate the wider corporate change qualification process and governance assessing new business initiatives.

- Act as analyst to understand the subject matter in order to understand problems and needs.
- Ability to work with business SMEs as well as project and IT representatives.
- Help define business requirements and translate into project deliverables.
Experience / Competences
Essential
- Proven expertise in areas related to Project Management, Finance, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects or programs within budget and timelines.
- Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting structures.
- Extremely passionate about impactful project delivery.
- Understanding of database and data modelling concepts.
Desired
- Skilled in evaluating, ranking, and sequencing projects based on strategic objectives and resource constraints.
- Demonstrated experience in defining, validating, and tracking benefit statements to ensure measurable business value.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills - Strong experience engaging senior leadership and cross-functional teams, managing expectations, and driving consensus.
- Familiarity with organizational change processes and embedding new ways of working.
