As part of our Institutional Programs, we are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our integrated project team in Rome.

The selected candidate will play a key role in coordinating project activities and ensuring the successful execution of space programmes, contributing to both operational excellence and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, monitor and guide activities related to the project portfolio
• Ensure projects and programmes are regularly reviewed to prioritise resource allocation and maintain alignment with organisational strategies
• Support teams in identifying and managing contractual risks
• Analyse client requirements during the proposal phase
• Evaluate contractual requirements to assess their technical and economic feasibility
• Optimise production value by improving profitability and cost efficiency
• Support commercial development activities and contribute to proposal preparation

Requirements:

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or other relevant Engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Management role within Space Programmes
• Fluent English (B2-C1 level)
• Availability for business trips, if necessary
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
