Overview
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join the International Leadership team based in our London office to support on the day-to-day responsibilities of the team, reporting to the International Operations Director.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple service lines, including creative, media and production teams and both the international team and the markets. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of projects on time, coordinating client and internal communications, reporting and the smooth day-to-day running of the team. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Independently manages operations workstreams working in close partnership with the International Operations Director, International Client Partner and Global Operations team (as needed)
- Serves as the main contact on specific projects: clarify strategic and creative requirements, production specifications and continually manage team expectations
- Drafts any necessary scopes of work, project timelines and consults with team leads to define assumptions and requirements
- Proactively identifies project risks and works with the team to reach a solution
- Collaborates with internal departments to ensure a smooth delivery of work on specification, on time and on budget
- Proactively represents live work at all stages of development by continually optimising workstreams and finding ways to create efficiencies
- Manages the reporting cycle, including data checking and working with markets on improvement plans
Qualifications
- Experience working as a project/account executive in an agency environment, ready to step up
- Ability to provide solutions that work for all, without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project
- Successful history of setting and managing stakeholder expectations
- Solution-oriented with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively with clients, internal departments and agency leaders
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Proof HQ, Google Docs, Smartsheet or similar project management tool
