Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Hybrid - West Sussex - 2 days per week on site (mandatory)

Daily rate: £550-£650 inside IR35

Duration: 6 month initial contract

My client, in the aviation and travel industry, is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently lead the delivery of high-impact digital projects across Technology and Business Change, with the ability to flex effortlessly between Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Requirements:

* 5+ years as a Project Manager

* Demonstrable experience in stakeholder engagement and influencing

* Experience leading tech-enabled business change

* Solid change management instincts - ensuring smooth adoption across people and processes

* Practical Agile experience - ideally with Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe

* Demonstrable experience of budget ownership and financial reporting

* Clear communicator with the ability to influence and solve problems under pressure

Desirable

• Experience with digital transformation and customer focused programmes.
