Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
• Monitor project progress, report status to stakeholders, and manage expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials) across multiple projects.

Recommended Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology expertise.
• Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing projects (e.g., new product introduction, process improvement, capital equipment installation).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems and project management software.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources within a manufacturing context.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills, particularly with engineering, production, and quality teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes in a production environment
• Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing technical designs
