Project Manager - Overhead Lines
West Midlands - Hybrid£85,000 + car/car allowance + bonus

Fourblue are supporting a major Tier 1 infrastructure contractor who are looking to appoint two Project Managers to support the delivery of overhead line projects as part of the Great Grid Upgrade the UK's largest programme to modernise and strengthen the electricity transmission network.

The Role
As Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of overhead line projects from start to finish. You'll lead site teams, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Managing health, safety, quality and compliance across project sites
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating project resources and supporting design and commercial teams
• Managing project performance, reporting and programme delivery
• Leading and mentoring project teams to ensure successful outcomes

Criteria of the Project Manager:

• Experience delivering large-scale construction or infrastructure projects (5+ years)
• Background in overhead lines, transmission or utilities infrastructure would be advantageous
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation
• Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Confident working with clients and leading stakeholder meetings
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management or Engineering, plus a recognised Health & Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH)
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
