What you'll be doing:

• Running beautiful, high-specification fit-out projects from start to finish - think ultra-luxury villas, signature residences, premium hospitality, and flagship stores.
• Keeping everything on time, on budget, and to the highest quality while managing teams, specialist subcontractors, and luxury suppliers.
• Making sure the design vision is delivered perfectly, with no shortcuts on finishes or detail.
• Handling demanding clients and consultants with confidence and professionalism.
• Delivering projects that make clients say "wow" at handover.

What our client is looking for:

• Strong hands-on experience in managing luxury interior fit-out projects (high-end residential or hospitality experience is ideal).
• Solid GCC track record - preferably UAE, Saudi or Qatar.
• Previous experience coming from markets like the UK, Western Europe, South Africa, USA, Canada or Australia.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar from a university in one of those regions.
• Completely fluent English with a polished, professional manner that fits naturally with international high-net-worth clients.
• Someone who's commercially sharp and knows how to keep luxury projects profitable.
• Available to start soon is preferred.
