As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and administering projects within our modification and maintenance (M&M) portfolio and other modification projects. In this role, you will be involved in securing financial performance, managing contractual obligations, ensuring compliance with established work processes, and actively handling risks, changes and external interfaces.

About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for administering projects within frame agreements, ensuring that deliveries meet customer expectations and contractual requirements. You will secure budget and financial results, oversee planning, HSE and quality targets, and ensure that Aibel's methods and systems are followed in accordance with established work processes. The role includes managing external interfaces with other contractors, ensuring the project teams have sufficient knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, and leading active risk and change management throughout the project lifecycle. You will contribute to strengthening our project management capacity in Stjørdal, supporting growing activity both locally and towards Hammerfest.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering/Economics
  • 5-10 years of project management experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Basic safety training
  • Technical background and project execution experience
