Transformation Project Manager (Integration & Governance)

Location: London (Hybrid)
Reporting to: Chief of Staff
Employment Type: 9-Month Contract
Day Rate: £450 - £550 (or internal secondment)
Position Summary

Wall Street Prep (WSP) is entering the next phase of its integration programme following two recent London-based acquisitions. As the organisation continues to expand, we are focused on strengthening alignment across our operating entities, consolidating key systems, and establishing clearer governance, reporting, and operational processes across the group.

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to help bring structure, coordination, and visibility to these initiatives. This role will support several integration workstreams running in parallel and ensure they are planned, tracked, and delivered in a structured and transparent manner.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integrated programme plans, tracking risks and dependencies across workstreams, and ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress and delivery risks.

This role sits at the centre of the integration effort and will play a key role in keeping teams aligned, identifying issues early, and helping ensure the programme progresses in a disciplined and systematic way.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing clarity and structure to complex programmes, is comfortable working with senior stakeholders, and takes a proactive, delivery-focused approach to project management.
Key Responsibilities

Programme Planning & Coordination
  • Build and maintain an integrated transformation programme plan across key initiatives, including:
    • Salesforce consolidation
    • HRIS implementation
    • Microsoft environment migration
    • Revenue reporting integration
    • Operating model alignment
    • Early planning for brand consolidation
  • Track progress across workstreams, identify dependencies, and ensure initiatives are sequenced realistically.
  • Coordinate cross-workstream planning meetings and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and timelines.
  • Introduce simple, consistent project management templates and tools to improve planning, documentation, and delivery tracking.

Programme Governance & Reporting
  • Maintain a central RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), ensuring risks are clearly owned and mitigation plans are followed through.
  • Identify delivery risks early and escalate appropriately to the Chief of Staff and senior leadership.
  • Gather regular updates from workstreams and consolidate them into a clear programme dashboard highlighting progress, priorities, and key risks.
  • Document key decisions and action items to ensure accountability and transparency across the programme.
  • Support the preparation of monthly integration updates for senior leadership, including the CFO and private equity stakeholders.

Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Work with Finance to track integration costs against budget and monitor expected synergies.
  • Help ensure that significant changes to programme plans or scope are reviewed and agreed before implementation.
  • Support governance processes that ensure initiatives remain aligned with strategic objectives.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of project management experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, consulting, or private equity-backed organisations.
  • Experience coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously across teams and functions.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage dependencies across complex programmes.
  • Experience preparing programme updates and reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with budgets, programme costs, and financial tracking.
  • Exposure to systems or technology projects (e.g., CRM, HRIS, system migrations) is beneficial.
  • Previous experience supporting post-acquisition integrations or transformation programmes is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain organised in fast-moving environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
