Senior Project Manager - St Ives

Location: St Ives

Full-time | Permanent | Travel Required (UK & Europe)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major client projects from concept to delivery. If you're commercially minded, great with people, and thrive in fast-moving environments, this role could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow key Strategic/Major client relationships.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, acting as the main point of contact.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, RAMS, and site access.
• Produce month-end reporting including financials, forecasting & post-project reviews.
• Coach and support project teams and contractors.
• Promote best practice, continuous improvement, and safe working environments.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' Project Management experience in Events or Construction, or 3+ years in an industry Projects Team.
• Proven ability to manage P&L for major projects.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong relationship-building across clients and internal teams.
• Confident with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A Levels (Maths & English required); degree preferred.
• PMP/PRINCE2 (desirable).
