Collaborate closely with the General Manager/Project Owner, Steering Committee, and Technical and Purchasing teams at the regional or headquarters level to ensure that all new investments are designed, constructed, and commissioned in full alignment with Jotun's operational and technical standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage projects to ensure new technology investments are properly designed, constructed, and delivered with the required quality in accordance with Jotun Standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all procedures in Jotun's Investment Stage-Gate Process.
- Secure adequate project resources and ensure that necessary quality assurance support from Group or Regional functions is provided.
- Manage all contracts with consultants and contractors in accordance with Jotun's standard contract requirements.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to Jotun's policies as well as applicable local laws, procedures, guidelines, and agreements.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and cost development throughout all phases of the project.
- Lead risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Provide regular status reports to the Steering Committee, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Maintain full responsibility for HSEQ performance within the project scope.
- Initiate, drive, and follow up continuous improvement initiatives using the Jotun Operations System.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team in line with Jotun Leadership Expectations to ensure a competent, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle-from planning through execution-managing timelines, budgets, costs, and HSE performance.
- Prepare detailed project plans and oversee all phases to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout all project phases.
- Ensure full compliance with Jotun's Technical Investment Process and Engineering Standards.
- Review and approve design drawings, material submissions, and site modifications to ensure alignment with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Provide regular progress reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), deviations, risks, and recommended corrective actions.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- 5-10 years of proven experience managing industrial and/or construction projects.
- Strong command of English with great communication skills.
- Solid background in the construction and implementation of various industrial systems.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation abilities and sound managerial competence.
- Skilled in identifying potential risks and developing effective mitigation strategies.
