About the role:
  • Work with the leadership team to proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and income streams, including a focus on statutory contracts.
  • Lead on the identification, development, and submission of statutory funding applications, bids, and tenders within the social care, social inclusion, public health, and the mental health sector.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape Restore's growth strategy and diversify statutory income streams.
  • Develop relationships with commissioners, statutory funders, and key stakeholders across local councils, NHS trusts, and central government across the wider geographical area.
  • Champion Restore's values-Recovery, Empowerment, Respect, Support, and Hope-in all aspects of your work, ensuring that every action and decision upholds our commitment to person-centred care and positive outcomes.

What You'll Bring
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and enthusiasm for Restore's mission.
  • Experience in contract procurement within statutory health, social care, welfare, teaching, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • IT literacy, procurement portals and willingness to travel across Restore's service area.
  • Experience in project management.
