The Opportunity
Our client is a premier, technology-driven interior contractor with a storied history of delivering world-class workspaces across the Middle East. Known for their "design-first" approach and a portfolio that includes Fortune 500 headquarters, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager who embodies professionalism, technical excellence, and the ability to lead high-stakes projects in the heart of Dubai.

The Role
This is a high-profile leadership position. You will be responsible for the seamless delivery of high-end commercial fit-out projects, acting as the bridge between visionary design and technical execution. Because you will be the primary liaison for C-suite clients and international consultants, impeccable presentation and commanding English communication skills (both written and verbal) are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Governance: Drive the full project lifecycle for commercial fit-outs (AED 10M+), ensuring milestones are met with precision.
• Stakeholder Diplomacy: Maintain high-level relationships with clients, landlords (DIFC, TECOM, etc.), and international design firms.
• Commercial Management: Own the project budget; manage procurement, sub-contractor negotiations, and monthly valuations to protect margins.
• Quality & Standards: Enforce a "zero-snag" culture, ensuring all MEP and finishing works meet global luxury standards.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team of site engineers and supervisors, promoting a culture of accountability and safety.

Candidate Profile

• The "Face" of the Project: You must be highly presentable and confident in boardroom settings.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of English. You can draft a technical report and deliver a persuasive project pitch with equal ease and a touch of professional wit.
• Local Expertise: 8-12 years of fit-out experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the UAE.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and DEWA approval processes.
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. PMP or Prince2 certification is a significant advantage.
• Software: Expert-level proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
