Joinery Construction Manager - Luxury Interiors | UAE

We're on the hunt for a talented Joinery Construction Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional bespoke joinery and high-end interior fit-out packages on ultra-luxury residential, villa, hospitality, and private estate projects across the UAE.

If you live for precision craftsmanship, flawless execution, and turning exquisite designs into reality-this could be your next challenge.

To be considered:

• Strong UAE/GCC experience delivering luxury joinery & interior fit-out projects (residential villas, high-end apartments, 5-star hospitality a big plus)
• Proven hands-on background managing bespoke joinery production, installation, and site execution for premium/high-spec interiors
• Deep technical knowledge of luxury materials, joinery detailing, woodworking techniques, finishes, and coordination with MEP / other trades
• 6+ years in construction management roles within joinery, fit-out, or high-end interiors (ideally with recognised luxury fit-out or main contractors)
• Excellent leadership - managing site teams, subcontractors, factory production, and client expectations
• Strong eye for quality, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure in fast-moving luxury environments

You'll oversee end-to-end joinery delivery: from workshop coordination and mock-ups through to flawless on-site installation and handover, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards clients expect.
